Abington Public drunkenness ? Nathaniel Shema, 22, of Carpenter Lane, Philadelphia, was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct Dec. 28 at 2:23 a.m., police said. Shema allegedly attempted to open the door of an occupied vehicle, then spit on the vehicle, according to police. Police said Shema had blood on his face and was uncooperative.
